Birthday Parties & Adult Events
Celebrate creativity with a pottery-painting party — perfect for children or adults!
Guest Numbers
We can accommodate a minimum of 8 guests (children or adults).
The maximum depends on the chosen venue.
There is 1 studio assistant for every 8 guests (8:1 ratio) to ensure everyone gets personal attention.
Duration
Each party session lasts 1.5–2 hours.
What's Included
Our standard party package includes:
• Studio time
• Pottery items for each guest
• Glazing and firing of all items
• A dedicated studio assistant (8:1 ratio)
• A special personalised mug or plate for the birthday person, decorated with guests’ names or fingerprints
Food and drinks are not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
If the party is held at a venue (rather than at home), a venue hire fee will apply. We have access to several lovely local venues at competitive rates.
Pricing
All parties are £20 per person.
A selection of pottery pieces will be available to choose from at the time of booking.
Food & Cake
You’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and birthday cake.
Booking & Cancellations
Please book at least 6 weeks in advance (the earlier the better).
• A 50% deposit is required at booking.
• The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the party.
• Full refund for cancellations made with 7+ days’ notice.
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 7 days.
If we ever need to cancel, we’ll offer a new date or a full refund.

Group Size & Setup
• Minimum: 8 participants
• Staff ratio: 1 assistant per 8 people

• Space: a standard dinner place setting per person
• Setup: 1 hour | Breakdown: 1–1.5 hours
We’re happy to coordinate directly with your venue’s facilities manager for smooth setup and takedown.
Travel outside our usual area is available — a travel fee (quoted in advance) will apply.

• We’ll suggest pottery pieces ideal for team-building — popular options include personalised “mug-shots” created by colleagues.
• Sessions can be customised to reflect your company’s mission, values, or current projects.
• Competitive or collaborative team challenges available on request.

Pricing & Payment
• From £20 per person, depending on chosen items.
• All-inclusive of pottery, glazing, firing, and delivery.
• Payment terms: same as party bookings (50 % deposit + balance 2 weeks before).
• Itemised invoices provided.
• Cancellations/reschedules: same as party policy.
After the Event
• Each participant’s item is individually labelled and bagged.
• A single bulk delivery is made to the organiser for distribution.
• You’re welcome to take photos during the event.
For professional photography, we can arrange a local photographer at an additional cost.
